Oracle error - indexing procedure

Description:
We are trying to test a new expand procedure on the test server. When we used UTIL F / 1/ 13 on a test document we got this error:

If you try and run a second document after the Oracle error we get this error:

Resolution:
This has been resolved by rebuilding the z91_id1 index.
