    Description:
It appears that one of the redo log's header has become corrupted. The Oracle alert log shows:

    Errors in file /exlibris/app/oracle/admin/aleph0/bdump/aleph0_arc0_23162.trc:
    ORA-16038: log 1 sequence# 7390 cannot be archived
ORA-00354: corrupt redo log block header
    ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: '/ora_adm1/aleph0/aleph0_redo_01.log'
    ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: '/ora_adm2/aleph0/redoaleph0_m01.log'

    Resolution:
The redo logs needed to be taken off line and some Oracle sql statements run to un-archive the logs. The database could then be used.

A full cold backup needs to be done and the redo logs repaired at the earliest opportunity following this.
