    Problem Symptoms:
A staff member was moving an order record from one BIB to another using the overview tree drag and drop, and the order record disappeared. Neither the z68 order record nor the z16 subscription record is anywere to be found. {The records are still in our TEST system (attached to the old bib).} Is there any way to extract the information for just this order record out of our TEST system (order record, log and anything else attached to it) and restore it on PROD?

    Cause:
    Uncertain.

    Resolution:
The site created a new order and subscription record on Production, using the information seen on Test.

Order log (z71) entries could be copied/created in a similar fashion.

      • Order "disappears": can't be found by order number, ISBN, etc.
      • order arrival : initiator - hold request email?
