    Description:
When a new order log entry is added via the GUI, the order log filters in effect are unset (reset to "All"). This doesn't happen when a user message is added to an existing order log entry. Acquisitions staff are finding it frustrating that they have to reset the filters every time they create a new entry. They believe that this did not happen in v. 16 (but, of course, we can't verify that). Is this a change? Is it intentional? Is there a way to set it differently? Thanks, Jon [ <Jonathan Rothman > ]

    Resolution:
When a new order log entry is added via the GUI, the order log filters in effect are unset, this is in order
to enable the staff user to see the note he has added in the case it’s not included in the filters list.
