Problem Symptoms:
For sending overdue letters the following definition was added to ./xxx50/tab/tab32, but the letters are not created.

Change col. 7 of ./xxx50/tab/tab32 to hold 'O' (capital letter o) instead of '0' (zero).

According to table header of tab32 the following definitions are allowed for col. 7

! O - overdue letter, can incur overdue letter charge, using

! L - lost item letter, can incur lost charges, using
! lines 0040,0041,0042,0054 and 0055 in tab18, and tab34. The

! 8, they are automatically assumed.;
