    Description:
In version 19, if you are in Cataloguing, then switch to the Overview, then highlight the Order number xxx, then click on the "Push to Orders", the Acq/Serials client is open, but no record is displayed, and back at the Cataloguing client, a pop-up appears: Acquisitions application is not authorized to access the library.

All the other buttons respond correctly.

I tested in verison 18, and it works there.

I don't think it has any thing to be with permissions (wrong type of message), plus I tried with my "super" permissions and it sent the same error.

This could occur in other modules as well.

    Resolution:
When I connect to ABC01 with the Cataloging client while Acq/Serials is connected to the USM50 ADM library, and then click on "Orders", I get this message ("Acquistions application is not authorized to access the library.")

I also get it if Acq_Serials is down and USM50 (rather than ABC50) is the first library in my .\ACQ\TAB\per_lib.ini, and I click on "Orders".

But if Acq/Serials is connected to ABC50 or if ABC50 is the first library in my .\ACQ\TAB\per_lib.ini, I do not get this message.
