    Description

For holding records the following fix routine is set in xxx60/tab/tab_fix in order to add 001 (ALEPH system) to the newly created record.:

    INS2 fix_doc_001

It's working fine when a record is updated/created in the Catalog GUI. But when using manage-50 (create holdings and item records based on information from bibliographic record) ffor the record creation field 001 isn't build. Is there a way to add 001 automatically?

    Resolution

Add the fix to routine MNG50 in the HOL library. Please see here the description from the tables header:

! MNG50 is run automatically when the Create Holdings and Item Records Using
! Bibliographic Data (p-manage-50) services is used. The fixes are performed
! on the ADM and HOL records created by the service.
