    Description:
I have finished my re-indexing in the parallel library on our test server gemini. We would like to use option 2 on page 10 of the parallel indexing document to export and import the oracle tables from abc04 to abc01 rather than using the logical synonyms.

I know how to do the oracle export and import and have done the z01 and z02 so far. I'm not sure what to do about the index files that have the names like z01_id, z01_id2 etc. I can't export them because they are not recognized by oracle as tables.

    Resolution:
The z01_id, z01_id2, etc., are Oracle indexes. You don't export those. You export the z01 and z02 tables and then, after they are imported in the target library, run util a/17/2 to build the Oracle indexes.
