    Description:
    When we connect with GUI Circ to the xxx50 ADM library, the Patron list is empty. (Or, though some patrons display, there are others who should display but do not.)

    Resolution:
    Is the "Display Local Patrons Only" box checked? If so, only xxx50 patrons will display.

    If the list is empty even with the box unchecked, it may be that your xxx50 tab100 has USER-SHARING=N (the default), when your normal, intended setting is "Y". In this case patrons who have Z353-USER-LIBRARY = <blank> and z303_sub_library = <blank> will not display. You can use the following SQL to check:

    abc50@ALEPH20> select substr (z353_rec_key,6,5), count(*) from z353 group by substr (z353_rec_key,6,5);

    abc50@ALEPH20> select z303_user_library, count(*) from z303 group by z303_user_library;

    Additional Information
