    Description

    Our undergraduate (patron status 57) and Masters (patron status 55) are able to see the Photocopy request button in OPAC via Primo for item Status 01 items even though their permissions in Tab31 have their Photocopy request option set to 'N'. However, the Photocopy request column for 01 items is set to 'Y'. We believed that by setting the Photocopy request column to 'N' for certain patron statuses would prevent them from seeing the photocopy request option in OvP even if the photocopy option was turned on for that item in Tab15. Is that not correct?
    In tab_photo_request and we have the following check in place:

      POST c: z305 - photo-permission Y/N (1210);

      POST check_photo_request_c

    Resolution

    The problem is this in tab_photo_request:

      POST check_photo_request_c

    If you want the request option be prevented from displaying at all, then you need to have this instead:

      PRE check_photo_request_c
