Pickup location box for requests is not populated

Description:
On the v.16 opac on our test server the drop-down box for the pickup location for requests is not getting populated, so no requests can be placed.

The file that generates the drop down list (item-hold-request-body) is just full of placeholders that are populated by hard-coded parts of Aleph so Mark cannot change them.

How can this be corrected?

Resolution:
The problem was fixed by changing the following variable in item-hold-request-head: from doc_number to adm_doc_number.
