    Description:
    Is it possible to allow hold requests on available items (tab15 col8), but ONLY when pick-up library is not the item's home library ?

    Resolution:
    The pick-up location is not an element in tab15.eng, and the value in col. 8 applies to all the items, regardless of their pick-up location.

    tab37, in contrast, has all three elements: the sublibrary (col. 1), the availability (col. 5), and the pickup locations (cols. 6 - 15).

    If you want to prevent available items from sublib ABC from having ABC as the pick-up location (while allowing unavailable items to have it), you can specify this:
