    Description:
    The System Administrator's Guide-Preventative Maintenance and Recovery Policy, section 2.2, says:

    The ALEPH application creates and uses Oracle tables for temporary data. These
    tables need to be cleaned periodically by using UTIL A. Note that there may be
    tables you wish to use so pay special notice before dropping them. For example,
    some sites extract statistics from the Z34 table. You can perform a sequential dump
    of the Z34 and preserve this file before dropping it.
