    • Product: Primo
    • Product Version: All
    • Relevant for Installation Type: Dedicated-Direct,Direct,Local,Total Care

    Description:
Primo isn't working after being disconnected from Aleph during an Aleph upgrade:  In the Primo Brief results, where a catalog record usually shows, for example:

      Available at XXXX MAIN Books (QA329 .O633 1998 )

    it has blanks:

      Available at <blank>

And the Locations tab, instead of just showing the holdings, has links like

    http://1.1.1.1/?func=item-global&doc...cal_base=XXX01…

    The "http://1.1.1.1" definitely seems incorrect.

    Resolution:
The Institution setting in a mapping table had been removed to stop RTA during the upgrade.  A renorm was run while this Institution setting was missing.  Restoring the institution setting and rerunning the renorm (and indexing) fixed the problem.
