    Problem Symptoms:
?€¢ Print jobs scheduled in the job_list do not run
?€¢ Process logs for scheduled print jobs do not appear in alephe/scratch
?€¢ Batch job details and log files do not appear in the Circulation Client under the ADMIN Tab / Task Manager / Batch Log
    ?€¢ A ?€œ.lock?€? file appears in alephe/scratch, for example, XXX50_p_cir_10.04572.lock
?€¢ In alephe/scratch, the process log for the last completed job contains no data

    Cause:
A locked printing process has caused the Batch Queue to become locked

    Resolution:
    1. Remove .lock file and last completed process log from alephe/scratch
    2. In XXX50/files make a copy of the queue_batch and queue_batch_lock files
    3. Remove the original queue_batch and queue_batch_lock files
    4. Restart the batch queue in XXX50 with util/c/2
    5. Confirm that print jobs are now running as desired
