Problem Symptoms:
"Print or Save file on PC" does not work, after selecting a record to Print or Save on PC, it goes to the following url

Cause:
Missing symlinked directory for 'tmp' in the apache/htdocs directory.

Resolution:
Add the symlinked directory for 'tmp'.
