    Description:
I tried to run a patron list request through the circulation module to get a list of our patrons with books currently checked out. However, it never arrived in the task manager……

    Resolution:
I see the following "loans" file in your /exlibris/aleph/u17_1/abc50/print directory:

    2784456 Nov 19 12:53 loans

This seems to be the output you want to print.

I notice that this file does not have the Printer ID as a suffix as the other files in your Print directory do. I believe that this is because you failed to select a Printer ID (at the bottom of the submission form) in submitting the job.

I have copied the "loans" file as "loans.printer01". Please see if you can see it in the Task Manager now.
