    Problem when opening a new library in Aleph 18

    Description:
    When opening a new library using the script which is available since v18 the creation of the library fails in some cases.
    It seems as if this is the same error as solved with v18 rep_change #502 (The open_new_library script failed when usm01 wasn't defined on the server. This has been corrected.)

    Resolution:
    the _loop_length lines were removed in the customer specific templates mpg10/mpg12.
    If the lines were removed open_new_library doesn't work correctly.
    They have to to re-insert the _loop_length lines.
