    Problem Symptoms:
OAI only returns 10 AUT and 30 BIB records.

    Cause:
    Publishing

    Resolution:
"Initial Publishing Process (publish-04)" ran recently on the server. Supposedly Z00P records were dropped before and therefore dropped also the OAI sets which are also stored in Z00P.

In order to complete the records again you should do the following steps:

    - Stop Ue_21 in xxx01 and xxx10.
    - In xxx01 run p_publish_05 for OAI_BIB_D and OAI_BIB_M
    - In xxx01 run p_publish_04 for OAI_BIB_D and OAI_BIB_M
    - In xxx10 run p_publish_05 for OAI_AUT_D and OAI_AUT_M
    - In ICE01 run p_publish_04 for OAI_AUT_D and OAI_AUT_M
    - Restart ue_21 in xxx01 and xxx10
