    Problem with new SP mechanism (1-1280)

    Description:
    After setting the new paramaters through the SP UTIL menu, I am getting the following error when attempting to FTP the new service pack. After reading the new SP mechanism notes I'm unclear what I need to do to get the missing file. Thanks.

    Error messgae is:
    installation file detected Service Pack 1222. Binary installation file missing

    Resolution:
    Binary SP #1280 is now properly installed :
    waves-18(1) USM01-ALEPH18>>ver
    AIX4, waves.lib.uiowa.edu, Aleph 18 revision 01 copy 1, 09-May-2006
    Oracle 10.2.0
    Service Pack: 1280
    PDS version: 1.3.20045

    All servers, including Apache, are up and running.

    The error was raised due to non standard installation location of Oracle.
