    Problems with print templates packaging

    Description:
    Print templates are packaged with UTIL I/6. When starting your GUI client or re-connecting to the database, the templates should automatically be imported to your local drive. In some cases this process is incomplete: Only a part of the print templates is loaded while the rest remains on the server without being loaded to your local drive. If this is the case, check the following:

    Resolution:
    * Is there a subdirectory in your form_lng directory? There must be no directories below form_lng as they might interfere with the packaging routine.
    * Do some or all of the files have DOS line breaks? This is the case if you edited files locally and uploaded them in binary mode to the server. In order to correct the problem, re-upload in ASCII mode or run the dos2unix command.
