Question    
Publishing OAI_MARC_P_XML format has no flag for "deleted" records. Why is the flag missing?

Answer    
The OAI format is NOT destinated to Primo. The format MARC_XML was developed specially for publishing to Primo. Format OAI_MARC_P_XML (or OAI_MARC21_XML) is destinated to be seen through OAI server, not to be published to Primo. On OAI server the record is displays as "deleted" even when the information in the header is missing.
