    Description:
I've got a request to pull specific holdings records that belong to a specific sublibrary and collection. I believe the best way to do this is by looking at that information in the item records and linking it back. What I don't know is the best way to make use of the linker tables in abc01 and abc50 to connect to abc60. What is the best way to get this data?

    Resolution:
Do you want to produce a list of these records (or export them)? If so, you don't need to look at the associated item records: the HOL record, 852 field, contains the sublibrary code (in the $$b) and the collection code (in the $$c).

You can use p_ret_01 (in abc60) to locate HOL records with a specific sublibrary/collection and then p_print_03 to print or export them.
