    Description:
    On individual claims (that is, one claim per EDI message) the QTY+21 seqment is present, but it is always = 0. If there are multiple claims in a single EDI message, the first claim as the QTY+21 segment (still = 0), but all subsequent claims in the message are lacking the QTY+21 segment altogether

    Resolution:
    From issue resolution: The order number is not filled on the subscription form and therefore, the data from the order has not been added to the EDI file. See attached file in the attachment tab of the issue.[3/30/2009 10:18:36 AM Judith Fraenkel]
