Description:
Apparently random due dates are being assigned during loan transactions. If I restart the PC server and rebuild the due dates I might get a correct due date assignment for one or two transactions.

Resolution:
Removing the "LOAN check_circ_14_a" line from the abc50 tab_check_circ corrected the problem. See KB 28285.
