    Desired Outcome Goal:
    * Items with special collection and sublibrary should be deleted.
    * Retrieve Catalog Records (ret-01) finds also BIB records with different sublibraries and collections that should not be deleted.
    How can we achieve deleting only the BIB records and items with the special collections and sublibrary?

    Procedure:
    1. run General Retrieval Form (ret-adm-01) with collection and sublibrary
    2. run Delete Item Records (item-11) to delete the items.

    see help for item-11: Record Management
    Choosing 'Delete' will delete HOL and BIB records which were connected to the items removed, and are now not in use by any item. Choosing 'None' will only delete the items without checking the HOL and BIB recor
