Description:
The reloaning limit - column 15 in tab15 - talks about hours. We would like to apply a reloaning limit to reserve loans, set to 15 minutes, say. Is the system able to interpret tab15 col 15 as minutes if the loan period in tab16 is minutes, not days?

Resolution:
The ./com/calc_back_to_back_time program works only with hours. Under no case does it add the interval in minutes.

The answer is "no".
