    Replace Vendor - Close and open Orders and Subscriptions (acq-27)" not correct for subscriptions

    Problem Symptoms:
    P_acq_27, Replace Vendor:
    When replacing a vendor the ?€œold?€? order is correctly closed and a new one for the new vendor created. For subscriptions it?€™s although not working correctly.
    The old subscription remains and is not closed, the new one is added in addition. This leads to the problem that claims are still sent to the previous vendor. And when you open new issues the issues are opened also for the previous subscription.

    rep_change 2145 in Aleph 22:

    Description: Replace Vendor - (acq-27) - the old subscription to-date has not been updated.
    When replacing a vendor, a new subscription is created but the old subscription to-date field was not updated.
    This caused a problem when opening new issues - Issues were opened also for the previous subscription.

    Solution: This has been corrected. Now, the old subscription to-date is set to new subscription from-date minus 1.
