    Report server locked - no jobs run/services submitted

    Description:
    Intermittently on Monday mornings the report server is locked (HOL library). Util C/4 confirms that the database is locked and using the util menu allows for it to be unlocked.

    Resolution:
    The report server database was a direct copy of the application server database. The timing of the copy of Sunday night would sometimes conflict with a job running on the application server where the database was locked. It was copied in a locked state. Changing the time of the copy so it doesn't conflict with the job on the application server resolved the problem.
