    Problem Symptoms:
After upgrading to version 22, OPAC users have to hit the request button at least twice before they receive the request confirmation pop up. The first time, the screen blinks and nothing happens. It sometimes behaves this way on the second click as well.

Some users get this behavior consistently and, if not, you can recreate the problem if you clear out all your cache and try to go back to make a request (you will need to log in again).

    Cause:
    Locally modified ./www_f_eng/ *item-global* -xxx01 and *item-hold-request* -xxx01 files.

    Resolution:
    1. Test the function with the generic www_f_eng files to confirm that the problem doesn't happen with those.

    2. Correct the ./www_f_eng/ *item-global* -xxx01 and *item-hold-request* -xxx01 files.

    3. Restart the www_server.
