Retrieving fixed fields with p_ret_01 or ??

Description:
I notice that p_ret_01 can retrieve MARC tag fields and indicators, but there doesn't seem to be a way to retrieve on character positions in the fixed fields. Is there a batch job to retrieve fixed field character positions?

Resolution:
If the fixed field element is one which is indexed, then you can use p_ret_03 instead of p_ret_01, or you can use the GUI search to create/save a set.

If the element is not indexed, the Z00R table can be used for SQL queries against individual fields. You can retrieve a set of record numbers and then use that as input to p_print_01, etc.
