    1. Additional Information
    • Article Type: General
    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 18

    Problem Symptoms:
Running "SDI - Selective Dissemination of Information (sdi-01)" does not result in mails containing information about newly added records according to the SDI profile but does either not send an email or an email with text "Your request did not find any records". ue_11 is running properly in USR library and Z324 records for newly added titles are correctly created.

    Cause:
    Service started in wrong library.

    Resolution:
In Aleph 18 service p_sdi_01 has to be started in the USR library and not in the ADM library. If you have p_sdi_01 in the job_list correct the entry there accordingly.

    Additional Information

In later versions you can run p_sdi_01 wither in USR or in ADM library.
