SRU - DNB MABXML to Aleph

Desired Outcome Goal: 

After switching to GND (special German Authority format) the German National library does not provide the data in MAB format for Z39.50 anymore. SRU interface must be used instead but this provides no format MABXML in the form the German National library delivers the data. Can this be adapted?

Procedure: 

Because the German National Library does only deliver the data in MABXML until July 2013 this can not be developed for this short time. The only option is to convert the data from MARC21 to MAB format:
