    Problem Symptoms: 
    When the application redirects to PDS an SSL error is displayed in the browser 

     

    Cause: 
    The chain file location is not configured in the ssl configuration file of apache 

     

    Resolution: 
    Add the following line to the file ./apache/conf ssl.conf file: 
    SSLCertificateChainFile <chain file location> 

    For example: 
    SSLCertificateChainFile /etc/.exlhs/ssl/gd_bundle.crt
