Seasons not predicted correctly in quarterly_combine.mrc

Description:
Unable to predict seasons, when using the first quarterly publication pattern template (Quarterly Combine). It predicted the same Season for all issues. Also, it predicated 4 issues per volume instead of 3.

Resolution:
The file is ./usm60/pc_tab/catalog/quarterly_combine.mrc

The problem was with subfields $$u and $$y of the 853. Subfield u predicted 4 issues instead of 3, and subfield y omitted months instead of seasons. Also 853x $$j was adjusted to be “21”, in correlation with the first season described in 853 $$y.
