Description:
We cannot send a list of orders by email. We did the following for vendor code MLSC:

1) add email address in Order and EDI address,
2) value of 'M' in col.4 of the pc's ACQ/TAB/print.ini OrderLetter entry,
3) specification of EMAIL_ADDRESS $00100 in the acq-order-list-00 form.

Several orders were tested with Order Delivery Type as 'LI'. The order status was changed from 'RSV' to 'SV' but no email list was ever received.

We got this working by using our smtp server address instead of the the actual mailserver address, in other words we used:

MailServer=smtp.xxx.yyy.edu

instead of:

MailServer=email.xxx.yyy.edu

We have tested and it works.
