Serial patterns 853/853X with special characters

Description:
when an 853 template (stored in the pc_tab/catalog) contains special characters, (see example in the attachement) and such template is opened in the Serials module using Template button, special characters are note populated properly to the editing form. Also they cannot be seen properly in the preview of templates when deciding about the right template. Why?

Resolution:
The fields of the form in the Acq/Serials (used for placing the pattern's caption) are not supporting special characters.
