    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 20, 21, 22, 23
    • Relevant for Installation Type: Dedicated-Direct, Direct, Local, Total Care

    Problem Symptoms:
After upgrading to Aleph 21 Service 'Retrieve Catalog Records (ret-01)' does not retrieve records.  Example:
In $alephe_scratch/abc01_p_ret_01.nnnnn, the parameters are shifted :
    setenv p_sw_or_and "AND"
    setenv p_sw_or_and_2 "245##" <<<<
    setenv p_code "A" <<<<
    setenv p_sub_code_a ""

    Cause:
Old configuration file p-ret-01.xml in $alephe_root/pc_b_lng

    Resolution:
    A. Adapt the file p-ret-01.xml in $alephe_root/pc_b_lng to reflect the changes of the current Aleph version
    or
    B. Remove the local file and use the default file from $aleph_root/pc_b_lng

    Additional Information

See also article " How to maintain error messages and services files locally " for further details.
