I implemented the 1690 service pack and got the following errors:

cat: cannot open /aleph/app/oracle/product/920/lib32/ldflags
compile ora: check_compile_ora.pc

Resolution:
To avoid this message, login as Oracle and add the read permission to /exlibris/app/oracle/product/920/lib/ldflags – “chmod 644 /exlibris/app/oracle/product/920/lib/ldflags”.
