    Cause:
    ADM record linked to the encumbrance was deleted.

    Resolution:
    No actions

    Explanation
    Table bibliographic short doc (z13) is used to include bibliographic information into the report.
    The ADM record linked to the encumbrance was deleted, therefore the relevant bibliographic information cannot be displayed.
