    Description:
    Users connect to our OPAC with SSL (https://...). Does this mean that we should specify "secure_ldap = Y" in our ldap.conf? (Note: the ldap server we are connecting to does *not* use SSL.)

    Resolution:
    If the ldap server you are connecting to does not use SSL, then you would have "secure_ldap = N" -- or omit this line since "N" is the default.
