Slots not created by p_cir_60

Description:
We run p_cir_60 but no slots (Z320) were created as expected.
Resolution:
The service p_cir_60 is checking col.10 of tab15.eng (OPAC display). If it is set to "N", no slots will be created. Changing this column to "Y" has solved the problem.
