    Description:
I'm working on loading some records, and one of our catalogers has requested that in this file (Oxford Reference Online) the subfield $h be located after the $a (and $n and $p if there are any), but before the $b and $c. I've been working with the "How to Set Up a Script for the Correction of Records in ALEPH Sequential Format" document, but can not find a sort option other than the SORT-FIELDS command.

I've attached the fix routine I've been working on and a sample of 2 of the records after having applied the fix. You can see in the first record that in the 245 field, the subfield $h comes at the end, instead of before the subfield $c.

    Resolution:
p_manage_21 has a Sort Order parameter which lets you specify the order of subfields, for example, "anphbc" or "apnhbc".

You can use p_ret_01, p_ret_03, or p_ret_04 to retrieve the records whose field you want to be updated, and then run p_manage_21.
