Sorting no longer working after running p_manage_27

Description:
Last night I ran p_manage_27 in order to rebuild the sort index. Today, sorting in that database does not work at all, either in the OPAC or staff client.

The p_manage_27 log has the following error (-- though the job *did* run to completion):

Username:SQL*Loader-951: Error calling once/load initialization
ORA-26028: index MUS01.Z101_ID initially in unusable state

The error messages in the pc_server log I see when I try to sort in the staff client are:

Oracle error: update_cursor z101
ORA-01502: index 'MUS01.Z101_ID' or partition of such index is in unus

Oracle error: update_cursor z101
ORA-01003: no statement parsed

The run_e_01 log has the same messages.Why?

Resolution:
The p_manage_27 was run in Update mode (rather than "Rebuild entire"). This can be seen in the following line in the p_manage_27 log:

setenv p_delete_flag "0"

Please resubmit the job, specifying "Rebuild entire sort index" as the Procedure to Run.
