Description:
The report produced by ill-10 is not sorted into any discernible order. It would be much more efficient to work with this report if the report were sorted into title order. This would allow all requests for a specific title to be handled together when reporting usage to the Copyright Clearance Center.

Resolution:
You can achieve this by putting this line

into the file $alephe_root/form_eng/copyright-payment-report.xsl

between
<xsl:call-template name="section-02"/>
and
</xsl:for-each>
