Step 1004 Fails

Description:
I just ran the ALEPH 19.01 --> 20.01 Upgrade Express kit, and received a fatal error in step 1004. Here are the relevant sections from the 1004.log:

The Z411-TRANSACTION NUMBER values are all zeros.

Resolution:
This has been corrected in the 19->20 UE package 1.08 and higher. The latest version of the package is available on the Ex Libris ftp server.
