    Description:
In the Due Date column of the OPAC for some of our items, we are seeing this: 'Heading: 0360 missing'. What is causing this?

It is happening consistently within the affected Item Statuses, however, the message does not appear for every Item status. It is not appearing for our most popular Item Status, Available for Request.

    What is causing this?

    Resolution:
I find this described in rep_change #1132. Here are the steps to take to resolve this:

    1) cd $alephe_error_eng
    2) In this directory is the file www_f_heading
    3) You'll see that there is no entry for 0360, so you need to add this line:

    0360 L In process ($1)

This will generate the display literal 'In process' followed with text of the Item Processing Status taken from tab15.eng appearing parenthetically.
