Students receiving overdue notices for items not yet due (based on the hour)

Description:
Students are receiving overdue notices for items that are not overdue yet -- based on the time (the day is correct).

Our notices run every morning at 7:55am. Students are bringing in overdue notices for items that are due that day but later in the day (such as at 6pm).

We have col 5 in tab32 set to 0. Do we have to set this to a 1 to avoid this? Does p-cir-51 not take the due date AND the due hour into consideration when it runs (we run via the job_list)?

Resolution:
Columns 5 and 6 of tab32 can not be set to 0. They need to be "1" or higher.

(Note: p_cir_51 calls the b_cir_50_c program, which works with the "DAYS-INTERVAL".)
