    Desired Outcome Goal:
Add end punctuation to authority-controlled fields.

    Procedure:
    1. Add "e" to col.4 in ./xxx01/tab/tab_subfield_punctuation, as follows:

    ! 2     3 4 5          6

    !-!!!!!-!-!-!!!!!!!!!!-!!!!!!!!!!
    A 7#### a e .          -).,

    2. Restart PC server
    3. Restart ue_01 (util e/2 , util e/1) in XXX01.

    Additional Information
Subfield punctuation added to field 710 subfield a, followed by subfield e. Only subfield a was controlled by authorities. After saving, punctuation was saved. Then removed by ue_01 fix_doc_ref_1.
Adding subfield e to col.4 of ./xxx01/tab/tab_subfield_punctuation solved the issue.
