    Description:
In ILL2, when the "Need by Date" in a Borrowing Request is increased, the Potential Supplier Status still shows as "No Time to Supply". We have not found a way to refresh the display. However, if we try to send to the next Potential Supplier in the queue, it will send even when the Status states "No Time to Supply". Even logging out of the GUI, logging back in, and reopening the Request does not refresh the Potential Supplier Status of "No Time to Supply".
How can we refresh the display when the "Need by Date is extended?

    Resolution:
In Web ILL, the system also did not refresh the Status when the Need-By-Date was changed.
If there is another, subsequent, Potential Supplier in the list, the system tries to send the Request to the next Potential Supplier.
If there is only one Potential Supplier, the Potential Supplier's Status remains "NTS/No Time to Supply" (even if the change in the Need-By-Date means that the Potential Supplier can actually supply the Request).
In that case the Request's Status is "UNF/Unfilled.
It is possible to delete Potential Suppliers, add them again, and redo the Locate in order to reactivate the problematic Potential Supplier and change the status of subsequent Potential Suppliers.
